Pennant acquires Wisconsin home care provider

EAGLE, Idaho, Nov. 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Pennant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PNTG), the parent company of the Pennant Group of affiliated home care, hospice, home care and retirement homes, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. (“KVNA”), which provides qualified home health, private service and community health services in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
