Noel, a market and indoor Christmas lights display, is coming to Milwaukee

The Christkindlmarket won’t be returning to Milwaukee’s Deer District this year, but you can enjoy holiday shopping and admire the Christmas lights inside at a new event to be held at the Wisconsin State Exhibition Center. Fair Park in December.

Noel Indoor Light Park & ​​Christmas Market bills itself as Milwaukee’s largest indoor Christmas festival with over a million lights, including a light tunnel, “larger than life” animals and a 15-meter tree. high, all inside. The Christmas market will feature items from local businesses, and there will also be shows, food and drink, as well as visits from Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and “your favorite Christmas princesses”, who look a lot like to Anna and Elsa from “Frozen”. ”

Christmas is scheduled to take place from December 1 to January 2. Tickets go on sale October 12 and cost $ 19.99 for adults and $ 14.99 for seniors, students, and children ages 4-15 (kids 3 and under enter free) weekdays and $ 22.99. for adults on weekends.

The festival had previously had exhibits in Calgary, Alta., In 2019 and 2020, but will only operate in Milwaukee this year. The festival will follow all local COVID-19 regulations, whatever they may be at the time, but have not indicated any masking requirements beyond that.
