Two Midland sisters recently won championships in their respective age categories at the local MLB Pitch, Hit & Run competition. Maggie Frazee, 13, and Emma Frazee, 12, will both advance to the Midwest Regional Championship to be held at American Family Field, home of MLB’s Milwaukee Brewers, on Sept. 18.

Regional champions will advance to the National Pitch, Hit & Run Finals, which will include an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2022 World Series.

This is Maggie’s second straight PHR State Championship.

Both girls are students at Northeast Middle School. Maggie plays catcher and second base for the national travel team Tennessee Mojo, while Emma pitches for the local travel organization the Saginaw Bay Riverdawgs.
