The woman, who is from Hartland and was driving the car McCormick was found in, was arrested after showing a gun and ignoring orders from law enforcement, according to the State Journal.
The State Journal reports that police attempted to subdue her with a Taser, which was ineffective.
The suspect is provisionally charged with recklessly endangering security, resisting arrest while armed, disorderly conduct while armed, and carrying a concealed weapon.
