MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – FreshFin is gearing up to hold a grand opening event for its second Madison location this month.
FreshFin will open July 15 in Hilldale, bringing craft bowls of poke and cereal to the mall for shoppers to enjoy. There are 12 homemade bowls for people to choose from.
The restaurant offers customers a deal from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on grand opening day on their most popular bowls, which include spicy tuna, cilantro chicken, coconut curry or vegan zen.
Andrew Foster, owner of FreshFin, said the business was excited to expand west of the city.
“We are thrilled to join Hilldale and believe the center is a perfect fit for our brand with its focus on community, service and quality,” said Foster. “Our new store will provide customers in West Madison and surrounding communities with easier access to our food and another fresh, healthy meal option in the area.”
The new FreshFin restaurant will be located at 542 North Midvale Avenue, between Muramoto Hilldale and Dumpling Haus.
In addition to Madison’s other location on the 500 block of University Avenue near UW-Madison, there are also FreshFin restaurants in Milwaukee, Brookfield and Glendale.
